Music Together® Classes
Mixed Age Parent and Child Classes - Ages 0-5
Come have FUN! FUN! FUN! You and your little ones will enjoy ten weekly (6 weekly in the summer), 45-minute classes including songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement activities, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability.
Tuition for the 10-week Fall, Winter and Spring sessions is $165 for the first child and $100 for each additional sibling. There is an additional one-time $10 registration fee for families new to Youth Arts Colorado classes and camps. The tuition for the six week summer session is $105 for the first child and $75 for each additional sibling. The tuition for the two week Holiday session is $30 for the first child and $20 for each additional sibling. Babies under 9 months attending with an older sibling are free to all classes. Songbook, Two CDs and Parent Guide are included in all sessions except the Holiday session!
Musical Imaginings Camp - Age guidelines 4-7
Your children will enjoy kicking up their heels dancing, singing, playing musical instruments, engaging in dramatic play, sign language, foreign languages, storytelling, puppet play and thematic craft projects. Our teaching artists are professional actor/singer/dancers with early childhood expertise and a passion for sharing their knowledge with young children. Well disguised by all the fun they’re having, your children will be learning elements of music theory, dance and world languages as well as concepts such as teamwork, compassion and a healthy self-esteem. Because we know children learn best through play, our curricula always focus on playful interaction and having fun!
Wee Musical Imaginings Camp - Parent and Child Camps - Ages 0-5
A two day camp incorporating the elements of the Musical Imaginings camp for older kids. This camp is inclusive of the child's parent or special caregiver. As with all our classes and camps, we use developmentally appropriate curricula and focus on PLAY!!!
Tuition for the four-day camp is $75 for the first child and $65 for each additional sibling. Tuition for the two-day camp is $40 for the first child and $30 for the second child. There is a one-time $10 registration fee for all families new to Youth Arts Colorado classes and camps.
